05 · Restrictions on Redistribution

You agree not to resell, relabel, advertise, market, or distribute any product for purposes prohibited by this agreement or by applicable law, including any human or veterinary use.

Upon delivery, all responsibility for the products transfers to the purchaser.

Lockton Research reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at its sole discretion. Orders may be declined or canceled due to suspected misuse, legal or shipping restrictions, inaccurate customer information, payment verification issues, or any other reason deemed necessary.

5 · Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and may be changed at any time without prior notice. Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers. Lockton Research does not store or retain customers' payment card information.

6 · Shipping & Delivery

Orders are generally processed and shipped on the same or next business day, subject to product availability and payment verification. Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Lockton Research is not responsible for delays resulting from shipping carriers, customs processing, weather events, governmental actions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Shipping Policy

At Lockton Research, we strive to process and ship every order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Orders placed before 12:00 PM Central Time ship the same day.

Delivery Responsibility

Any delivery-related issues should first be addressed with the carrier using the provided tracking, although our support team will gladly assist when possible.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives visibly damaged, please contact us promptly after delivery or the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and determine the appropriate resolution.
